PROFESSIONAL CULINARY AND PASTRY ARTS CAREER PROGRAM
12 MONTHS: MWF
15 MONTHS: TTH
In over 900 hours of kitchen training, Professional Culinary and Pastry Arts Career Program takes you from knife skills through building culinary foundations. You'll learn the techniques and knowledge to create a wide variety of pastries and desserts.

BASIC COOKERY AND PASTRY ARTS PROGRAM
6 MONTHS: SATURDAYS
What you'll learn in as little as six months with this program will help you master the techniques and earn you the credentials that will help you work in a professional kitchen.
Each class begins with a short lecture from the chef instructor who will orient you with the topic at hand, relevant food history, and the reasons behind various cooking & baking techniques.
